ReqBrief is an AI-powered requirements-gathering platform built for freelancers, digital agencies, developers, and product studios. Instead of sending clients a static questionnaire or trying to capture every requirement during a kickoff call, users create a project and send the client a unique interview link.
The AI conducts a focused, conversational interview, asking one question at a time and adapting its follow-up questions based on the client's answers. It is designed to uncover important details around project goals, target users, scope, user flows, technical requirements, constraints, and other areas that could otherwise cause confusion or scope creep later.
Once the interview is complete, ReqBrief turns the conversation into a structured project brief containing a summary, goals, target user, user flow, technical notes, and open questions. It can also turn the brief into a kickoff plan with tasks grouped by disciplines such as design, frontend, backend, and QA, along with estimated hour ranges.
ReqBrief supports projects such as websites, web apps, mobile apps, e-commerce stores, APIs, dashboards, and design systems. Clients do not need to create an account to complete an interview, and the platform supports English, German, Dutch, French, and Spanish.
