TrackImpact helps professionals and businesses understand how AI is improving their work and document the results.

Instead of simply using AI tools without recording their impact, users can track the tools they use, the workflows they implement, the time they save, and the outcomes they achieve. This creates a record of AI-driven productivity improvements that can be used during performance reviews, career development discussions, and business planning.

For organizations, TrackImpact provides a central dashboard for monitoring AI adoption across teams, identifying frequently used tools, comparing departmental activity, and estimating the value generated by AI workflows.

**Key features:**

- **AI impact tracking:** Record AI tools, prompts, workflows, and implementations.
- **Time-saving measurement:** Log estimated time saved and productivity improvements.
- **Performance review reports:** Build evidence of AI-related achievements and contributions.
- **AI-generated insights:** Generate summaries and insights from tracked implementations on eligible plans.
- **PDF and CSV reporting:** Export reports for managers and organizational leadership, depending on the plan.
- **Custom KPIs and tasks:** Connect AI implementations to job responsibilities and performance goals.
- **Team analytics:** Monitor AI adoption, activity, and estimated impact across departments.
- **AI Profile Marketplace:** Explore job-specific AI implementation strategies, recommended tools, and practical prompts.

TrackImpact is especially useful for employees who want to demonstrate their AI skills, managers seeking evidence of productivity improvements, and businesses working to increase AI adoption across their workforce.

Rather than generating content as its main purpose, TrackImpact focuses on measuring, documenting, and improving how AI is applied at work.
