Its chat widget is designed to be lightweight, cookie-free, and privacy-focused, while allowing businesses to answer customer questions in real time.

The platform includes a built-in AI assistant that can answer visitor questions using an approved FAQ knowledge base and hand conversations over to a human when it is uncertain. Businesses can also connect their own AI models, including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Groq, or locally hosted models through webhooks and the Bot Agent API.
